Cancellation Policy

Important: The order can be cancelled before the package is shipped. If the product you purchased has been shipped, we are sorry that we cannot cancel it.
If the customer cancels for personal reasons, our customer service department will charge a 10% handling fee.
But a full refund is available for non-personal reasons:
1. Logistics reasons: There is no delivery service in the customer's area;
2. Seller's responsibility: The product is out of stock and the customer does not agree to exchange it.
3. Overdue delivery: The buyer did not contact to suspend or change the order, but the package has not been shipped for more than 5 working days after the order was placed.
