Return Process:
• Please email us at hello@luxzena.com and include your order number and reason for return.
• Follow the instructions provided to complete your return.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 1-7 business days via the original method of payment.
Unopened Items:
• Returns are accepted within 365 days of purchase (product warranty).
• You may request a refund, exchange or store credit.
• Items must be unused, sealed and in their original packaging.
Opened Items:
• Items opened after 7 days are not returnable and are not refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
• Due to health and safety regulations, returns of opened items are prohibited unless the item is defective.
Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are not refundable:
• Products that have been opened or used (unless defective/damaged).
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Gift cards and digital products.
Return shipping:
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Luxzena will not be responsible for any return or exchange costs.
Exchange requirements:
Unshipped orders: Please contact customer service to replace your product. Customer service email: hello@luxzena.com
Signed orders: The product must meet the return conditions. Please contact our customer service to obtain the return address.
Refund processing time:
We will process the refund within 7 working days after receiving the customer's refund request and reaching an agreement with the customer.
The refund will be returned to the bank card you paid. The refund arrival time depends on your payment method. (PayPal refund arrival time is 24 hours, credit card refund arrival time is 7-15 working days).
